This error comes from the Aqilla MS Excel Add-in.
It indicates an incorrect login / password combination for the instance you are trying to connect to. Try again.
Make sure that Caps Lock is off. The pasword is case sensitive.
If you still have a problem, check your login and password are correct by logging on to Aqilla itself (for the instance in question).
